You remember the dude that did the song “Amazing” a few years ago? You may have been on the sunset cruise with us when he played, well he has a new album. It’s called “Special Company” and its great. This guy is on a roll, he recently married Katherine Hiegel (Izzy from Greys Anatomy) and now has a great CD out. I only spent a few minutes with Josh when he was in town but got the feeling that he is just a good dude. Check out the new album. My favorites are track 1, 4 and 9

We are not in this morning. Both JB and I are sick as dogs. There is something going around. My advice to you, at the first sign of being sick, start taking someting like Zicam. Then don’t push it, rest is so important.
