I haven't moved all weekend. The flu is kicking my ass. Looks like we
might take a sick day tomorrow. I think this will be my second or
third sick day in over 15 years.
I think I could limp through it, but don't want to pass it on. I'll
bounce back quickly.

Not sure if this is of interest to you all, but I went up to Copperas Cove and got my teeth kicked in at a bike race. Cold ass weather and lack of proper fitness are a bad combination. I ended up finishing 20th and was able to help my teammate get 5th. This is an incredibly hilly and beautiful road course. Good times. I have two weeks to get ready for my next race.br /I love my Garmin GPS. You can see the map of the course, the elevation and how crazy my heart was going during this race.
