(KXAN)...commissioners approved a 75 mph speed limit change for four sections of Central Texas roads:
The four sections are the first in the state of Texas to be approved after the passing of House Bill 1353, which took effect on Sept. 1.
The new speed limit signs should be going up in the next few weeks. The nighttime minimum speeds of 65 miles per hour will also be removed.

Expectations going in:
HUGE expectations. Everyone that has seen it so far has LOVED it.
My take:
It is not a fast movie, it is not a flashy movie, but it is one hell of a story.The movie was definitely slower than I expected, but I enjoyed every second of it. Finally, Brad Pitt is just plain sexy in this film.
Look out for:
This could be the last movie with a larger Jonah Hill. He has DRAMATICALLY changed his look since filming this movie. I personally don’t care what he looks like…he is funny no matter what.
Do you have to like baseball?
I think the movie has more to do with life, going with your gut, and fulfilling your purpose…than just baseball. It doesn’t hurt to have some interest in sports, and in the romance of winning and losing.
Would I go with my mom:
This is a movie I could convince my whole family to see! I love finding movies I can see with my dad.
Good date movie?
It the guy likes sports…excellent choice.
Will I buy it?

If you’ve got a pair of those Reebok EasyTone shoes….you know the sneakers that claimed to tone your butt up to 28 percent more than regular sneakers just by walking around in them….you could have a refund coming to you. Reebok International Ltd. reached a $25 million dollar settlement with the Federal Trade Commission over what the government said were “over-hyped advertising claims” about how much just walking around in those shoes would perfect your backside. That money will provide refunds to people who bought Reebok toning shoes or toning apparel. The refund amount will depend on how many people apply for the refund, which you apply for by clicking here.

BTW-Archie took this 411 off the Wildfire Relief page to remind you what a Fabulous Job the Austin Humane Society is doing reuniting survivors of the wildfires with their animals, but there are many more that need a home. Adoption start on Monday. check out the 411..
So far the ATX Humane Society has had 74 reunions with people and their pets. Right now there are still 103 animals in their care from the wildfire. All their pictures are on this Facebook page. Any animal not claimed by their owners will be up for adoption starting Monday 10/3.
Reebok’s ‘Toning Shoes’ were called out as Bogus…
Reebok’s promise sounded too good to be true: It claimed its EasyTone and RunTone shoe lines could shape your legs and tone your butt into a cute apple bottom. The claims sounded scientific: A trim spokeswoman touted a 11% gain in leg strength, and a tempting 28% improvement in your derriere over regular running shoes.
…The Federal Trade Commission ordered the sneaker company to pay $25 million in partial customer refunds — calling the inflated fitness claims bogus. Consumers who bought shoes or apparel in the company’s tone line after Dec. 4, 2008, can file a claim (with a proof of purchase) for a $25 to $50 refund.
