This is for all my girl friends that have babies on the way or have new babies now.

If you are nursing, you CAN have cute nursing bras.

With my first baby, I didn’t.  I just had the basic beige stretchy tshirt nursing bra….which is good to have in your lingerie wardrobe because it works under everything, but it gets pretty boring.  Especially because you have to see it so many times per day.

So, I was so excited to find all these fun nursing bras at Petticoat Fair.   This time around I decided to stock up on a few fun colors and patterns because it will just make me feel better  to wear lingerie that is pretty at a time when I’m not only nursing my baby, but nursing my body back to pre-baby shape.

Look at these!

Here’s a close up of my favorite.  The Pink Polka dots are so fun!

You can be the one for sea turtles, sandcastles and healthy wetlands.  The Restore the Gulf campaign urges people to sign a petition to demand a fully-funded plan for the restoration of the Gulf of Mexico, its coastlines and its wetlands. President Barack Obama had said last month BP would pay for the damages caused by its oil spill.  Use your voice to help that happen.

And check out all the celebrities who are speaking up.  Sandra Bullock, Lenny Kravitz, and John Goodman appear here, just to name a few.

There is possible good news today that BP may have finally been successful at stopping oil from leaking into the Gulf.  I, for one, am holding my breath that this new cap works and they can get the real clean up underway.   But, so much damage has already been done.  CLICK HERE to see photos that show what some people say is the real reason the oil spill is a no fly zone and the media cannot photograph it.  But be prepared.  You could tear up looking at these picturres.  I did.

An odd, obscure board game is getting a lot of attention these days. It’s called BP Offshore Oil Strike. It was released back in the 1970s.  Players build off-shore oil platforms and then have to deal with paying for the cleanup when they fail.  Creepy.
